Higher education degree and diploma certificates lawfully obtained by applicants in any country should meet the following conditions:
01. Higher education degree and diploma certificates
02. Passport/Travel Document, Visa, and Endorsements
03. Recent standard identification photo
04. Other relevant materials, such as academic transcripts
