Higher education degree and diploma certificates lawfully obtained by applicants in any country should meet the following conditions:

Educational institutions must be legitimate, officially recognized higher education institutions approved by the relevant government authorities in their respective countries or regions.
02.
The degree or diploma programs offered must have quality assurance or recognition, and the period of study must meet the statutory academic requirements of the country or region.
03.
The certificates issued must be recognized by the government authorities of the country where the institution is located.
The following certificates are not within the scope of acceptance:
01.
Diplomas and certificates at the non-higher education level, such as junior diplomas.
02.
Completion certificates for foreign language training or other non-degree continuing education programs.
03.
Research experience certificates for visiting scholars, Visiting scholars / training participants, and postdoctoral research certificates.
04.
Foundation/provisional certificates issued by higher education institutions or other tertiary institutions.
05.
Honorary titles, as well as honorary degree certificates that do not correspond to a period of study or research.
06.
Professional practice qualification certificates of certain types.
